Beginner Program
In this program you will learn:
-Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Stretch
-Warm up
-Basic Stances
-Philosophy
-Fundamental Principles
-Push Hands
-Tai Chi Qigong
-The Complete Yang Style 24 Form
-Basic Applications
Tai Chi Students can attend one, two or all classes during the week, as all classes teach the same style of Tai Chi expanding on the different aspects of it to make the art complete.
The classes do allow anyone to drop in at anytime and/or leave at anytime during the program. Each student can learn at his or her own pace. It is a very non competitive relaxed atmosphere with the main goal being only to help everyone achieve Tai Chi's legendary health, mind and self defense benefits.
